The RDA Bulgaria Node received information from dr. Tiberius Ignat about the possibility for Bulgarian researchers to take part in the conference Building Consistency for Open Science in Europe: Rhetoric and Practice.

Researchers from the Bulgarian community are invited to submit a proposal (or more) for Lightning Talks.

RDA information about upcoming deadlines and events:

A national plan for the development of Open Science Initiatives in Bulgaria has been approved by the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in January 2021.

The new Open Research Europe (ORE) platform – funded by the European Commission – is now up and running.

In the context of adopting and implementing technological and / or domain specific research data solutions in EOSC, the Research Data Alliance (RDA) is seeking technological experts to generate dedicated implementation documentation to be made available to adopters.

Interested applicants are invited to complete the online application form by 1 March 2021, 17:00 CET.

The FAIR in Practice Task Force of the European Open Science CloudFAIR Working Group published in October six recommendations for implementing FAIR Practice.

The Research Data Alliance (RDA) is currently finalising its fourth strategic plan, providing direction and vision for the organisation, its stakeholders and community until 2023.
