In April 2020, a European legal entity (Research Data Alliance (RDA) Association AISBL) was established to support the coordination and growth of the European RDA community, currently over 6,000 members. These new positions offer the selected candidates an opportunity to continue the growth of the organization and ensure the value of European members in a global alliance.

Learn more about the job requirements and remuneration for both positions.

  • Recommendations & Outputs:

F11/COPE Data Publishing Ethics WG Outputs

RDA is proud to share the first outputs from the joint FORCE11 and Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE) Research Data Publishing Ethics WG. These recommendations and considerations were crafted through the community to serve as resources for repositories, publishers, researchers, agencies, research integrity officers, libraries, and other stakeholders that may be involved in the handling of research integrity cases that arise during the publication of research data. As this work heavily overlaps with the broad RDA community stakeholders and priorities, we are happy to help spread the word on the availability of these resources and best practices. For information and background on the WG, check out this blog. Or to access the resources directly, the recommendations are published here.

  • RDA COVID-19 Recommendations and Guidelines on Data Sharing

Released last year, these Recommendations are more relevant than ever to the data community. Authored by hundreds of researchers and data experts, please review and share these important and extensive guidelines related to data sharing of COVID19 information.
